1. How can I activate my card?

- Sign the acknowledgement slip, enclosed in the envelop with card, send the slip to Card Division or to any
   of our branches or fax to Card division.
- You can also activate your card over phone to card division. Please answer the security questions asked
   by card division representative.

2. What Caution should I take in using my Credit Card?

- Don’t leave your Card and PIN in others hand.
- Always do transactions at your physical presence.
- Do not write your PIN in your Card.
- Do not keep several Cards in your Card Jacket/ in your wallet one after another.

3. How should I secure my Personal Identification Number?

- Try to memorize your PIN
- Tear the PIN mailer as soon as you have memorized it.
- Do not keep your PIN and Card at same place.

4. What should I do if my card is lost/ stolen or if I forget my PIN?

- Call the Card Center to block your Card.
- Fill the Lost/ Stolen/ PIN reissue application form and submit it to nearest branch or direct to Card Division.

5. How can I change my address?

- Collect the address changing form from the ABB Bank web site/ from the branch/ from the head office. Fill it up ad submit it to respective branches or directly to card division.
- For Credit card holder, fill up the address changing part of the back of your statement and send that directly to Card Division.

6. How can I give auto debit instruction?

- If you have slipped giving auto debit instruction in your card application, then please collect the Credit card service request form, from the AB Bank website, fill it up and submit that to respective branches or send that directly to the AB Bank Card Division 

7. How can I apply for card?

- Go to any ABBL Branches or you can come directly to AB Bank Card division, to apply for an AB Bank Debit Electron and AB Bank Credit Card.
